Modern Toyota Voxy
Our two-person campervans are your home on the road. Each van has a compact but brilliantly equipped kitchen at the rear — cool box, running water and sink, gas cookers, and all the cooking kit you could need. The table folds down into a comfortable 140×180 double bed. Inside you'll also find a USB charger, leisure battery, warm lighting, and cosy fairy lights — everything designed for touring the Highlands and islands with ease.

A few important details about booking, authorised drivers, insurance, collection times, cancellations, and rental conditions.
Booking Procedure
To make a booking, please submit your request online. All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed in writing. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and in the event that we are unable to fulfill your request, a full refund will be provided. Please note that we do not accept cash payments due to insurance purposes.
Authorised Drivers
The hirer and any additional driver must be between the ages of 21 and 79 and hold a valid UK or European driving licence for at least 2 years. We are unable to hire to individuals with driving convictions, endorsements, or more than 6 penalty points. Drivers must also not have any mental or physical infirmities that could affect their ability to drive safely. Additional drivers may be added for a fee, subject to any endorsements.
Insurance
We provide comprehensive insurance coverage for the campervan, with an excess of £1,383.20. Damage or loss below the excess amount will be charged at the actual cost unless the damage waiver option has been selected and paid for. Please note that certain parts of the campervan — including tyres, wheels, underbody, and windscreen — are not covered by the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
Conditions
To ensure a smooth rental experience, please adhere to the following conditions:
- ✓Dogs are only allowed with prior agreement.
- ✓Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan.
- ✓The campervan must be kept secured at all times.
- ✓Furniture should not be removed from the campervan.
- ✓An inventory check will be conducted before and after hire — missing or damaged items will be chargeable.
- ✓The toilet must be emptied before returning the campervan to avoid a £50.00 additional charge.
Breakdown
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, the campervan is covered by our insurance and an emergency recovery service. Relevant contact numbers will be provided to you upon collection.
Collections & Returns
Collections are scheduled between 13:00 and 17:00 on the day of hire, unless otherwise agreed. The campervan must be returned by 11:00 on the final day of hire, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Availability & Cancellations
All bookings made through our website are requests and will be confirmed in writing. In the event that the booked campervan is unavailable, we will find an alternative or provide a full refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
Agreement
A contract between you and NC500 Campers Ltd will only exist once we have received and accepted your booking request in writing. Compensation for any problems caused by our negligence is limited to the amount of any unused hire fee. Please inform us immediately of any issues so that we can rectify them.
